Ingredients

  • 2 rotli / roti / chapati
  • 1/2 or little less cup paneer cubes
  • 3 tbsp sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp chat masalo
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp kitchen king masalo
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch garam masalo
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayonnaise (or 1 tsp chilli sauce & 1tbsp mayo mix)
  • as required Salad topping (capsicum, onion, tomato all sliced & lettuce)

Steps

  1. Heat oil. Fry onion and ginger garlic paste till onions are translucent. Add tomatoes and sliced paneer.
  2. Add all the spices. Mix well and cook for a minute. Turn off the heat. Add a few drops of lemon after minimum 10 seconds. Mix well.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on both rotis. Place them on the butter paper (optional) as shown in the picture 2. Put the paneer stuffing on rotis.
  4. Put salad on it. Roll the roti. You may make bite sized cuts and serve or serve with butter paper.
  5. Now roll the butter paper and push the bottom edge in to block the bottom. It's ready!
  6. Tip: If you use bhature dough to make rotli for this frankie, the texture and taste will be exactly like (even better than) the street style frankie. So first roll and make rotli as normal, fill it up with the paneer stuffig and salad, then shallow all around fry on the pan. 👌👌
