- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 0.25 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1.125 cups buttermilk
- 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
