Fruity zobo

Ingredients

• 4 cups zobo leaves
• Pineapple peels and pineapple flesh
• 2 oranges
• 2 apples
• 2 large ginger roots
• 10 cloves
• Dates
• 1 lemon
• 15-20 cups water

Steps

1. Wash zobo leaves 3 times to remove sand
2. Boil with fruits and spices
3. Add to pot
4. Zobo leaves, pineapple peels and clove boil for 30 minutes
5. Blend the remaining fruits and dates
6. After 30 minutes sieve the zobo and transfer to a stainless pot then add the fruit juice boil for 5 minutes and sieve then let it cool then pour in a sterilized bottles
