Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces Earl Grey tea‑infused gin, see below
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Sugar rim, for garnish
• lemon twist, for garnish

Steps

1. Sugar half of the rim of a chilled coupe glass and set aside.
2. Add the Earl Grey‑infused gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white into a cocktail shaker without ice and vigorously dry-shake.
3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
4. Double‑strain into prepared coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
