Ingredients

  • 800 gm boneless cubes Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2-3 cups Oil
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Steps

  1. Marinate chicken cubes with a teaspoon each of chilli garlic, soy sauces, salt, red chilli powder and salt for an hour or two.
  2. Just before frying, add one or two tablespoons of cornflour to the marination. Mix well and fry.
  3. Fry few at a time on a medium high heat until crisp and done. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the dynamite sauce. Mix all the ingredients mentioned under it and either toss the warm chicken in the sauce directly or drizzle the sauce over it at the time of serving. The choice is yours.
  5. I tossed the warm chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve it right away alongside some red onion sumac salad, tandoori rotis and tzatziki sauce for a full course meal on a holiday afternoon for a close-knit family lunch. Enjoy!
