Ingredients

  • 6-7 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 2 cubed Red Apples
  • 7-8 large sliced Bananas
  • 300 gm seedless Green Grapes
  • 2-3 packs sliced Vanilla Cakes
  • 2-3 cups Amul Whipped Cream (with powdered Sugar as needed)
  • 1 cup Cadbury Gems
  • 2 small packs Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate

Steps

  1. In a saucepan add milk and sugar. Bring it to a rolling boil on a high heat at first. Then lower down the flame and allow it to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add custard powder to the saucepan mixed in some of the hot milk in order not to form any lumps. Keep stirring it continuously as you add the custard powder. Simmer until it thickens for the next 5-6 minutes. It should be thicker. Allow it to cool.
  3. Now for the whipping cream. Beat it using a handheld electric blender by adding little of the powdered sugar at a time. Set aside in a refrigerator.
  4. Meanwhile cut Apples into small cubes. Slice bananas and cut green grapes into two. Proceed with the assembling immediately after cutting the fruits.
  5. Now for the assembling of the dessert. Arrange sliced cake at the bottom of a glass serving dish. Top it up with the prepared custard. Follow it up with the fruits. And finally with the whipped cream. In this way, make layers using up the ingredients.
  6. The final layer would be that of the whipped cream mix. And to make it more attractive and appealing, top it up with Cadbury Gems and Dairy Milk chocolate cubes. Set until chilled and done.
  7. Slice it up and relish with your loved ones on any given day. Enjoy!
