Creamy Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp fresh cream
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 cup button mushrooms
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• Onion rings
• Oregano leaves

Steps

1. For Dressing – in a bowl add mayonnaise and fresh cream, mix well, add black pepper powder and dressing is ready
2. In a pan heat olive oil, add mushrooms and sauté for 6-7 mins until moisture releases on medium flame, set aside to cool
3. In a serving bowl add mushrooms and drizzle the dressing, add onion rings and oregano leaves and refrigerate for 2 hrs
4. Enjoy a cold salad
