Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package purchased refrigerated cookie dough
  • 1 Reynolds® Bakeware Pan

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  2. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat in a medium saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  3. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon until just combined. Stir in vanilla extract. Stir flour and baking soda together in a small mixing bowl; stir into chocolate mixture until just combined.
  4. Press 1/2 cookie dough into the Reynolds bakeware pan. Spread brownie batter evenly over cookie dough in pan. Crumble remaining 1/2 cookie dough; sprinkle over brownie batter. Press down slightly.
