- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Remaining Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts cut into 2 inch pieces, pat dry (Start with marinating the chicken)
- 4 tablespoons ghee

- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons Kashmiri red chili powder or to taste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
