Ingredients

  • 500 gr chicken breast
  • 200 gram cream cheese
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chicken spices
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 486 gr Patak's Tikka Masala Paste
  • 2 cups basmati rice

Steps

  1. Firstly, cut the chicken breast into tiny pieces and put them to a deep bowl
  2. Then add the cream cheese on it, and spices shown as in the photo, mix them well together and let it marinate for about 1 or 2 hours. 1 would be just fine.
  3. Heat up a pan with sunflower oil, and add the marinated chicken, please note at first the chicken will be really watery once in heat, but after about 15 minutes of roasting it, the consistency will get thicker, once the chicken starts browning. Turn down the heat.
  4. Take the chicken out of the pan, and add the Tikka masala paste(i used Patak's Paste) roast for about two minutes and then add the chicken back in immediately.
  5. In the rice cooker make sure to cook the rice for about 15 minutes
  6. At the end serve it with some Naan flatbread, to which the recipe I will share very very soon! Enjoy!
