- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g paneer (small dices)
- 1 green capsicum (small dices)
- 1 tomato (cut into small pieces)
- 1 onion (small, cut into small pieces)

- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 6 slices brown bread
- (you can use any bread of your choice)
- as needed Mayonnaise
- 3 sheets cheese
- as needed Oregano seasoning
- as needed Chili flakes
- as required Butter for roasting
Steps
- Heat a kadhai. Put butter, add capsicum and saute for some time at medium heat by continuous mixing. Next add the paneer dices. Mix and saute. Next add the tomato pieces. Mix.
- Next add salt, black pepper powder, oregano seasoning and chilli flakes. Mix well. Cook for some time. Then switch the flame off. Put mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Mix all well.
- Next add the raw onion and mix all well. Do not cook the onion. It's raw chrunchiness tastes nice. Keep the filling aside. Now take a bread, generously spread mayonnaise.
- Put the filling, upon that place a cheese sheet. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Then take another bread slice spread mayonnaise. Cover on the bread having filling. Side by side heat a tawa.
- Brush the bread with butter and roast till golden brown and crisp. Cover for a minute so that the cheese inside melts. Again flip sides and toast… Sandwich is ready!! Cut into triangle or square as per your wish and serve…
- Make it more cheesy by grating mozerella cheese on top before serving. But I like it this way… It's crispy outside…soft, cheesy inside… Do try this recipe…
