Bourbon biscuits cake

Ingredients

• 2 packets Bourbon biscuits
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 teaspoon eno

Steps

1. Grind the biscuits in mixer jar
2. In a bowl take the biscuits add milk little by little.
3. Mix it well. Make a idle type batter
4. Add 1/4tsp eno mix well
5. Pour it too greased tin
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 mins until tooth pick comes out clean
7. Garnish with chocolate ganache (chocolate 100gms +4tsp milk)
