Ben’s Martini

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Monkey 47 Gin
• ¼ ounces Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth
• Lemon twist, as garnish

Steps

1. Add the gin and dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a small Nick & Nora coupe glass with leftovers in a sidecar.
3. Express lemon twist and add to the glass.
4. Served with a side of house chips.
