Ingredients
- Absinthe (rinse)
- 1 ounce rye whiskey
- 1 ounce Cognac
- ½ ounces Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
- ½ teaspoon rich demerara syrup
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Steps
- Rinse a rocks glass with a small amount of absinthe and set aside.
- In a mixing glass, stir the remaining ingredients with ice until well-chilled.
- Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
