Ingredients

• 1 (3.95 ounce) package Idahoan® Au Gratin Homestyle Casserole
• 0.5 cup chunky-style salsa
• 0.5 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Steps

1. Prepare potatoes according to directions and add salsa.
2. Add shredded cheese five minutes before end of bake time.
