Ingredients

  • 9-10 paneer slices (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup semolina flour
  • Shahi paneer masala to taste
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Your favorite chutney or jam

Steps

  1. Cut the paneer into pieces that are 1/2 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine semolina flour with as much paneer masala as you prefer.
  3. With the milk in a small bowl, dip the paneer slices in it.
  4. Cover the slices with the semolina and masala mixture.
  5. Set the coated slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees farenheit, or until golden brown. Turn the slices over for another 2 to 5 minutes of baking. For a savory flavor, top with your favorite chutney; for a sweet flavor, use your favorite jam as the topping.
