Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce olive brine
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 3 ounces club soda
- Olives, for garnish
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Steps
- Fill a large wine glass with ice, then add the gin, vermouth, olive brine and bitters. Give it a gentle stir for about 10 seconds to mix.
- Finish with the club soda. If desired, add olives and lemon peel as garnishes, and serve right away.
