French style Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate and more
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 Tbsp double cream

Steps

1. In a pan add milk, add cream, brown sugar, cocoa powder and bring it to heat, as soon as bubbles are seen, reduce the flame to the minimum
2. Chop the dark chocolates
3. Add the chocolates and when it thickens set aside so that it’s pourable
4. Pour into a cup and garnish with double cream, cinnamon and nutmeg powder
