Homemade Fondant Flowers For Cake Decoration

Ingredients

• 2 tsp unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 2-3 tbsp hot water

Steps

1. Take butter in a bowl,add hot water and stir butter till melted and frothy.
2. Add icing sugar in batches and mix well.
3. Add all icing sugar,knead well with hand till smooth.
4. Wrap in a clingfilm sheet and refrigerate over night.
5. Take out next day,knead again.Fondant is ready to use.
6. Cut flowers using molds and decorate your cakes/desserts.
