Ingredients

• 2 oz. dry sherry (fino or Manzanilla preferred)
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice, and stir until well chilled. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.
