Brown Derby Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 oz. bourbon
• ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 tsp. honey
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• Kosher salt
• Grapefruit twist for garnish

Steps

1. Combine 2 oz. bourbon, ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp. honey, and one small pinch kosher salt in cocktail shaker without ice; stir with spoon until honey is dissolved. Fill shaker with ice and shake until outside of shaker tin is very cold. Strain into chilled stemmed glass (such as a coupe glass or a Nick and Nora glass).
